  • This is a monthly membership. You have access for as long as you keep your membership active.

  • The courses are about 5 hours long in total.

  • Any newer Mac or Windows computer will work fine. For running Home Designer Pro Software, you can download the free trial of Home Designer Pro to make sure it will run on your computer.

  • Canva will work on an iPad, so you can use an iPad for what I teach in Canva, but I do generally recommend you use a computer.

    Home Designer Pro will only run on a computer and will not run on an iPad. So if you want to learn 3D design you will need a computer that can run Home Designer Pro.

  • You can use the free version of Canva for my Canva design tutorials and libraries.

    For 3D design you will need to use Home Designer Pro (or Chief Architect).

    You can use the free trials of these programs to start but I recommend upgrading to the paid version of Home Designer Pro so that you can save your files (free trial does not allow saving).

    You can rent Home Designer Pro for $59 a month which is what I recommend.

    You can also rent to own after 12 consecutive months (no additional payments required) or purchase Home Designer Pro outright for $595 (which will effectively save you $120 compared to 12 months of rent to own).

  • Home Designer Pro (or Chief Architect) is purpose built for creating 3D floors plans and cabinetry. It has automated tools for every task you can imagine.

    Home Designer Pro will save you countless hours of your life compared to manually modeling in Sketchup.

    In contrast, Sketchup is manual and not intended specifically for designing a 3D floor plan or cabinetry.

  • No. Advanced photorealistic renderings are not covered in the beginner course.

    My advanced photorealist rendering process is taught in my Advanced Training Program.
